Description
  • Stylish beer glass in the shape of Mt. Fuji
  • Comes in a beautiful wooden box and makes a lovely gift
  • Award winning design
  • Handmade by master artisans. Each piece is blown by skilled Japanese glassblowers.

When you pour beer inside it looks like Mt. Fuji. Comes in a wooden storage box. The size is perfect so that there is not too much beer in your glass and it stays cold as you refill it.

70% of taste comes from smell. When you pour your beer into a beer glass, the carbonation creates foam made up of tiny bubbles. Every time one of those tiny bubbles “pops,” they release aroma. When you lift the beer glass to your mouth, you’re actually breathing in the aromas thus taking in all the senses. Additionally, when you pour the beer into a glass, some of the carbonation is lost so that the beer will contain less gas when consumed.

Since their beginnings in 1932, in Tokyo, the artisans have applied traditional Japanese design techniques to reveal and express the beauty of glass. In their modest beginning they only had one master glass blower, currently there are 40 master craftsmen. Their true success comes from the fact that the glass blowers are also their lead designers. In this way the glass blowers are inspired to push their limits and create truly modern pieces with the absolute pinnacle of craftsmanship.
