Kawasemi - Junmaï Genshu Sake

• This is a fruity taste Japanese sake, mixing with mature apple, pear, lychee, spicy notes, and also a slight pepper
• This sake features a fresh fruit flavor taste and also a nice and smooth traditional taste of cereal
• The finishing would be slightly sour, leaving the palate fresh
• The slight sweet and fruity taste makes this sake ideal to be served as appetiser
• This sake is excellent to go with foie gras, oysters and shells, raw or cooked white fish, hard cheeses, fruit or chocolate desserts.

It is best to serve this sake cold, with a temperature of around 8 ℃
