The Koshihikari rice is grown using organic fertiliser made by microbial decomposition of rapeseed and other natural elements. Before it is vacuum packed, the water is pre-cooked using the water of Tsunan, known as one of the top 100 purest in Japan.
It has a unique aroma and sweetness and you can feel the chewy texture of each grain of rice.
It takes 2.5 minutes in the microwave or 15 minutes in hot water to re-heat.
