Designed by Osamu Saruyama and made in Shiratake in Hasami, Nagasaki. A white porcelain sauce container, designed by the Azmaya team, and produced seasonally during the year, in Hasami, Nagasaki Prefecture. It is white, beautiful and smooth porcelain baked using domestically-produced natural porcelain stones from the Amakusa region of Kumamoto Prefecture.
The special design of the spout has taken the whole team three years, until they could have finally found the perfect shape of it, to prevent from any dripping of sauces, after each pouring. This design also allows the users to pour the most desirable amount of sauce on the food as they wanted.
The pot is originally designed for soy sauces in Japan, but it is also a perfect container for any kind of liquid sauces, like olive oil, lemon juice, or smooth salad sauces.
