3S, SUPER SHOCHU SPIRITS is a premium shochu label working with a selection of distillers who are artisans of shochu production.

Aokagé 41 is a genshu (unreduced) barley shochu produced at the Yanagita distillery. The distillery gained particular attention in 2005 by entering into agreements with local producers committed to cultivating traditional barley, including varieties that had almost disappeared from the region. Marked by the influence of its terroir, this shochu reveals a powerful and deep flavour, characterised by the aroma of roasted barley and cocoa, before ending with a sweet and toasted finish.
