It is a handmade marmalade of Yuzu from Yamaguchi Prefecture with a high fragrance that has grown into fruition in natural sunlight. 

This Marmalade is a wonderful blend of the deep  bitterness and chewiness of the Yuzu peel together with the modest sweetness and the smooth texture of marmalade.
