Ume Plum Dressing : The ume plums, onions, mikans, and carrots are all 100%-organic Japanese produce. The organic soy sauce is authentically brewed from wheat and non-GMO unprocessed organic Japanese soybeans, and aged for more than a year. Uses pure organic rice vinegar made from 100%-organic Japanese rice, which is fermented without using any alcohol. Goes well with tofu dishes, fish, etc. as well as salads, as an alternative to soy sauce or ponzu sauce.
Shiso Herb Dressing : Aojiso (green shiso) is 100% domestic organic. Soy sauce is an organic genuine brewed soy sauce that is brewed from domestic organic whole soybeans (not genetically modified) and wheat and aged for over a year. The brewed vinegar does not use alcohol, and is made from 100% organic pure apple cider vinegar and 100% organic rice produced in Japan. We use organic lemons. Salt used is sun-dried raw salt. Organic fermented rice seasoning uses organic pure rice cooking sake (salted type) made by fermenting domestic organic rice, rice malt and water with sake yeast. Domestic organic plum. Goes well with salads, tofu dishes, and light dishes.
Sesame Dressing : The onions, mikans, carrots, garlic, and ginger are 100%-organic Japanese produce. The brewed vinegar is pure organic rice vinegar made from statically fermented 100%-organic Japanese rice without using any alcohol. The organic soy sauce is authentically brewed from wheat and non-GMO unprocessed organic Japanese soybeans, and aged for more than a year. Use it with shabu-shabu, bang bang ji chicken, food mixed with dressings, boiled vegetables, and more.
