Moribashi chopsticks are used to plate Japanese dishes. Somewhat comparable to"tongs" in Western countries, with Moribashi the fine points of the chopsticks can be used to decorate and handle smaller foodstuffs.
The chopstick tips are made of stainless steel, so they are strong to the tip and are rust resistant and hygienic.
