This Yuzu Kosho is a paste-like garnish made from green chilli peppers, green yuzu and sea salt from Hagi, Yamaguchi prefecture. It is commonly used as a garnish in Japan because of its delicious graininess and rich aroma. A simple spoonful of Yuzu Kosho will enhance the taste of your food.
The yuzu and chilli peppers are harvested locally from farms in Yamaguchi prefecture.
