Yuzu kosho is a chili and yuzu (Japanese citrus) paste. Japanese people like to have it in miso soup or sashimi. It’s acting as an excellent seasoning, and can be used in sauces and marinades. It could consumed directly also with fish, grilled meat, vegetables, and also beef tartar, for the addition of an unique flavor taste.
We use it to season so many dishes, both Japanese and western. It is also one of the most common item that we always keep in our fridge, as we could always find new ways to use it !
