This salt is made by mixing wasabi (mainly from Shizuoka) with Japanese domestic salt and kelp powder as a natural seasoning to bring out the umami taste.
It suits all menus such as tempura, sashimi, fish paste products, boiled eggs, rice balls, etc., and enhances the deliciousness of the ingredients.
This wasabi salt has been devised so that the amount of salt is halved and the taste can be adjusted by the flavor of wasabi. Therefore, the amount of salt can be used sparingly.
