Sencha is a type of Japanese ryokucha (green tea) which is prepared by infusing the processed whole tea leaves in hot water. Unlike macha (Powder) which is more ceremonial. Sencha is the most popular tea in Japan and is is perfect for anytime of the day and can be made more quickly. This is probably the most popular type of tea in Japan. We drink it both hot and cold.
How to prepare:
Water temperature: 80°C - Infusion: 40 seconds. 4 g (for 1 person) for 25 cl of water.
Ingredients: Green tea.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
