The soup has a pork bone soy sauce flavor, which is made by mixing the pork bone sauce of Kyushu, and the soy sauce of Kanto. The flavor of the small fish (iriko), and oysters from Seto Inland Sea was also added into the base sauce, in order to further enhance the taste of the final soup !

How to cook:
Easy to cook in one pan in 2 minutes !
Put the noodels in boiling 500cc hot water and boil for about 2 minutes, and then add the soup directly into the pan.
