A sake with a floral nose, typical of the Ginjo. It presents refreshing aromas of white fruit, melon, vineyard peach.
On the palate, Koï Koï is limpid and delicate, with a beautiful aromatic persistence on the fruits, punctuated by pleasant notes of orange blossom.
The finish is thirst-quenching and brings a lot of freshness.
Tasting advice: enjoy chilled as an aperitif or with a meal.
It goes wonderfully with shellfish, scallops, white fish, raw or cooked, simple dishes, crisp vegetables or tempura. For dessert, it is interesting to combine it with fruits, mousses or creams.
