From Ariake, Kagoshima pref, Kyushu. Tea farmers of whole area of Ariaké village has noticed the importance of organic tea way before japanese government defined the word "organic" for products and they started all together to produce organic tea. The farmer of this Sencha mix himself the fertiliser to make a best soil.
Taste: Good balance of umami and bitterness. It goes very well with sweets or meal, especially meal with rice.

Japanese teapot with tea strainer(or any teapot that your clients have at home) and teacup
How to prepare:
1) Put 5g of Sencha in a pot
2) Pour 150ml of hot water(ideally 80'c) and leave for 1min before serving.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight (Both before and after opening). Best when consumed soon after opening. Otherwise put in a ziplock bag and store in the freezer.
