Organic Garlic Soy Sauce

The garlic is pickled in soy sauce with has a strong garlic aroma. We use it as a base for raw vegetables and cold tofu dressings and as a secret ingredient in curries and stewed dishes. It's also perfect as a yakiniku (grilled meat) sauce. When you are finished with the soy sauce you can eat the delicious pickled garlic.
Miyazaki's farm grows the raw garlic with only locally organic fertiliser, and with out the use of pesticides or chemical fertilisers. The soybeans and wheat from are from Toyooka City, Hyogo Prefecture.
The raw materials are made with three domestic ingredients. The wheat is harvested in Tajima, Hyogo Prefecture. 100% whole soybeans from Hyogo prefecture, which is less than 3% of all soy sauce in circulation, ensure that there is no post-harvest contamination or genetic modification. Additionally, Sakitojima's Hiragama salt "Nippon no Umi Shio" (Japanese sea salt) is added which has a good balance of minerals and makes the taste mellow.
