The Tamago pan is Japan's favourite pan for perfect omelettes. Unlike western pans, this professional-grade copper pan ensures precise heat control and targeted conductivity. Its unique rectangular shape simplifies flipping and rolling eggs, eliminating the need for post-cooking trimming. Handmade in Japan, it features a cypress wood handle designed for a solid grip during the rolling process.

Large: 18 x 18 x H3.3cm

Special remarks:
- Once you finish using tamagoyaki pan, wash thoroughly with a soft sponge and hot water. We do not recommend using dish soap.

- After rinsing the pan, wipe with a soft cloth then place the pan on low heat for 30 seconds. It would remove the rest of the moisture. 

- Store the pan in an airy space 

Whether copper, stainless steel, or cast iron, all good quality pans require a minimum degree of thorough cleaning to ensure their longevity. And though copper is more prone to tarnishing, but this can be easily taken cae of with the copper cleaner, or by rubbing down with a little tomato ketchup
